Housing payments include mortgage, property tax, insurance and association fees, if applicable. Prior to purchase, homebuyers invest “sweat equity” by helping to build their homes and attending financial workshops. Since 1990, we have built more than 108 homes in Bucks County! Habitat Bucks’ newly constructed homes meet ENERGY STAR® requirements (windows, doors, appliances, etc.), and are built with sustainability in mind. Our renovated homes are updated with new kitchens, bathrooms and more.

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are not barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other basis as required by law.
