Home can look different to everyone.

At Habitat Bucks we seek to build simple, safe, healthy, affordable homes that are energy efficient and easy to maintain. Sometimes we build a home from the ground up, and other times we rehab a house in a good neighborhood, that just needs a lot of love.

Danielle’s House

Danielle, a determined single mother, has faced the challenge of raising her three children in a cramped two-bedroom apartment for the past five years. The lack of space has made it difficult for her children to find privacy or quiet space to concentrate on their studies. However, Danielle has always held onto a cherished dream – to provide her family with a place they can call their own.

Finally, on May 23, 2023, Danielle’s dream became a reality. Thanks to her unwavering commitment and the support of Habitat for Humanity, she was handed the keys to her very own home. It’s an achievement that symbolizes not only her determination but also the compassion and generosity of the community that came together to make this possible.
