Homeownership Overview

Habitat Bucks Jacob at home

Shelter is the fundamental need of all people. Our Homeownership Program provides opportunities for low-income individuals and families to increase their independence and economic well being through affordable homeownership.  While we pursue home-building projects throughout Bucks County, we encourage interested persons to see where we're building and to review program qualifications.

Our A Brush With Kindness program provides affordable exterior home repairs for low-income homeowners in Bucks County who are affected by age, disability or family circumstances. Bucks County homeowners can reclaim their homes with pride and dignity with affordable repairs including painting, landscaping and accessibility improvements.

For more information about either program, please contact our Family Program Directors, Stefanie Clark:  s.clark@habitatbucks.org  or 215.822.2812 x 307; and John Kolanko:  j.kolanko@habitatbucks.org 215.822.2812 x.304.
