The Powerhouse
We are waiting for final approval from the redevelopment authority so we can finalize our plans and get demolition and roofing started; we're still projecting starting demo and roofing this year.  We're also working on several different plans to incorporate open market homes into this project to give us a true mixed income community.

New Street Quakertown Borough
Habitat met with Quakertown Borough and Horizon Engineers, whcih went very well.  We feel that the borough will be very willing to work with Habitat in bringing this project to life. Horizon has to date been working for us as a donation but will submit a proposal to take the project to the next level if we decide to finalize our offer. They are currently working on a list of zoning changes for us to sit down with the zoning officer for his review.

Front Street, Quakertown
Habitat was was contacted by a developer/realtor about this project, whcih would be adaptive reuse; the existing building has eight two-bedroom condos and an addition with eight two-bedroom units.  The project has full borough approvals and a tentative asking price of $450,000.

Main Street, Quakertown
This is also a potential adaptive reuse project with a tentative 12 possible two-bedroom units.  The project is very raw and would require a very large demolition of the existing portion of the building to enable parking.

Middletown property
An existing empty Giant supermarket, this adaptive reuse project has potential for 28 condo units in the existing building and 28 new construction townhomes.  The asking price is $2.3 million.  Initial reports are that the township would be very favorable with Habitat developing this project.
